Job summary

Iluka Resources is seeking an experienced HSEC Administration Coordinator in Perth to maintain and improve the HSEC data system. The role reports to the Group Health & Safety Manager and covers maternity leave on a 12‑month fixed-term basis.

The ideal candidate will coordinate Evotix, PowerBI, ChemAlert and Service Now, provide training, deliver monthly and board reports, and act as SME for HSEC data management. A strong eye for detail and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in technology and computer-based programs.
• Experience with Evotix/PowerBI/ChemAlert and Service Now or similar systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach.
• Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines working independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain HSEC systems (Evotix, PowerBI, ChemAlert and Service Now).
• Act as the primary point of contact for all HSEC system-related matters.
• Ensure the HSEC system remains up-to-date, version-controlled, and functional.
• Provide guidance and training to Iluka employees and contractors.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency across sustainability areas.
• Manage HSEC system, serving as the SME within the organisation.
• Offer internal advice to optimise system usage.
• Provide safety, health, environmental, and community data as needed.
• Generate regular sustainability reports, including monthly summaries and executive/board reports.
• Assist the Group Health and Safety Manager in developing new reporting performance trends.
• Maintain key spreadsheets for tracking and decision-making support.
