Job summary

Iluka Resources seeks an initiative-taking HSEC Administration Coordinator to maintain the HSEC data system in Perth on a 12-month contract. You will support Evotix, PowerBI, ChemAlert and ServiceNow, training staff and ensuring data quality for monthly and board reports.

Reporting to the Group Health & Safety Manager, you’ll drive process improvements and provide SME guidance while working in a flexible Perth-based environment with strong welfare facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HSEC data management or administration role preferred.
• Proficiency with Evotix, PowerBI, ChemAlert and ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical, systematic approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain HSEC systems to ensure up-to-date data and accessibility.
• Provide guidance and training on HSEC platforms for staff and contractors.
• Generate regular sustainability reports and assist in executive reporting.
• Support document management and SME activities across HSEC processes.
