Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking an HSEH Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation and improvement of the HSEH Management System. You will collaborate across WHS, Environment and Heritage, embedding fit-for-purpose processes for compliance and informed decision‑making.

You will manage documents, risk assessment, audits and reporting, while supporting system administration of SAI360 and SharePoint to maximise usability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HSEH roles.
• Experience implementing Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Broad knowledge of WHS legislation and environmental/heritage compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continual improvement of the HSEH Integrated Management System.
• Ensure IMS aligns with the Quality Management System and Airport Operations Safety Management System.
• Manage HSEH documentation, registers, workflows and controlled-document processes.
• Support administration and improvement of HSEH platforms such as SAI360 and SharePoint.
• Partner with business units and contractors to embed IMS tools, training and documentation.
• Use audits and reporting to monitor HSEH performance, identify risks and drive improvements.
