Job summary

Emeco is seeking a National Health, Safety, Environment & Training Administrator in Osborne Park, WA. You will support national operations by managing HSET systems, document control, and reporting, reporting to the National HSET manager in a collaborative corporate team.

The role focuses on maintaining compliant processes, producing meetings and KPI reports, and supporting safety communications across sites. Mining experience is valued, with flexible hours and a responsive, busy work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration within HSET, safety, compliance, or operations.
• Experience using HSET management systems such as Myosh and Rapid.
• Strong document control and management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control processes, uploads, revisions, reporting and user training.
• Prepare monthly and weekly HSET meeting presentations and minutes.
• Assist with incident data gathering and standardized tender submissions.
• Raise and receipt purchase orders through Workplace/GP.
• Develop monthly toolbox talks and safety communications.
• Support KPI reporting and HSET project initiatives.
• Administer HSET platforms including Myosh, Rapid, ChemAlert and SAI Global.
• Manage user accounts, system updates, and training content.
• Prepare monthly HSET performance reports including TRIFR and KPI dashboards.
