Job summary

Endeavour Energy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Systems Manager to lead the effectiveness, integrity and ongoing improvement of HSE systems across NSW operations. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on SAP EHS systems, governance and data-driven reporting to support operational excellence and safer outcomes.

You will partner with Health & Safety, Operations and Technology teams to deliver system enhancements, robust data governance and executive reporting for the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related discipline and regulatory experience.
• Proven track record delivering HSE system improvements and governance.
• Experience with SAP EHS or similar enterprise HSE platforms.
• Strong data governance and executive reporting capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management across Health & Safety, Operations and Technology.
• Drive ongoing improvements to HSE systems, data quality and reporting.
• Oversee the HSE audit and assurance program for compliance.
• Prepare high-quality executive and Board reports.
• Manage system-related projects from planning through delivery.
