Job summary

Barminco is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator for the Great Fingall Operation, on a 14/14 FIFO roster from Perth. You will support safe underground mining operations, drive compliance and promote a positive safety culture across site leadership and teams.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, training, and reporting, plus maintaining records and coordinating with healthcare providers. A Certificate in OH&S is preferred and 4–6 years of field experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably underground hard rock mining.
• Certificate in OH&S preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Barminco HSE policies and OHS Act.
• Perform safety compliance inspections and audits.
• Develop HSE reports and conduct site inductions.
• Maintain registers and incident coordination with management and medical providers.
• Deliver HSE training and mentor operational personnel.
• Support safety meetings and review procedures as required.
