Qualifications

• Experience leading an underground service crew.
• Knowledge of safety systems and permits.
• Ability to coordinate multiple service disciplines.
• Strong communication with supervisors and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the underground service crew during day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate ventilation, dewatering, air, water and general mine services.
• Ensure all work follows safety procedures, permits and standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor quality and mentor team members.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and hazard identifications.
• Liaise with supervision, maintenance and production to meet priorities.
• Monitor equipment condition and report defects or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and site policy compliance.
