Job summary

CHEP, A Brambles Company, is hiring an HSE Governance Coordinator to strengthen governance across AMETA. You will work with the AMETA HSE leadership team to improve governance frameworks, reporting and accountability while engaging senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, quality, or related roles.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without formal authority.
• Strong judgement and ability to engage senior stakeholders appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve governance processes across the AMETA HSE function to strengthen accountability, visibility and decision making.
• Coordinate and contribute to regional reporting, leadership packs, governance forums and performance reviews.
• Analyse governance activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, transparency and effectiveness.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to gather information, resolve gaps and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Maintain governance systems, documentation and reporting frameworks to support accurate, timely and reliable information.
• Support leadership decision making through high-quality reporting, insights and governance coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen governance maturity across the region.
