Job summary

CHEP, a Brambles company, is hiring an HSE Governance Coordinator for the AMETA region. You will strengthen governance, improve reporting and support senior stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

The role focuses on accountability, data visibility and continuous improvement within a global logistics context. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders, influence outcomes and drive disciplined governance maturity while embracing a hybrid remote work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or similar roles.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability with senior stakeholders.
• Proven coordination of governance activities, reporting cycles and action management.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve governance processes across the AMETA HSE function.
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor and deliver governance commitments.
• Coordinate regional reporting, leadership packs and governance forums.
• Analyse governance activities to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Engage across countries to gather information and align on priorities.
• Maintain governance systems, documentation and reporting frameworks.
