Job summary

CHEP Australia Limited, a Brambles company, is seeking an HSE Governance Coordinator to strengthen governance, risk, and compliance across AMETA. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to enhance reporting, accountability and performance, driving continuous governance improvements regionally.

The role focuses on governance processes, risk oversight and data-driven decision support within a global logistics context. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, quality or similar roles.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without formal authority.
• Strong judgement and engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating governance activities and reporting cycles.
• Identify gaps and improve processes, not just maintain them.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve governance processes across the AMETA HSE function to strengthen accountability and decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor progress and deliver governance commitments.
• Coordinate regional reporting, leadership packs, governance forums and performance reviews.
• Analyse governance activities and identify efficiency improvements.
• Engage stakeholders across countries to align priorities and deliverables.
• Maintain governance systems, documentation and reporting frameworks for accurate information.
• Support leadership decision making through high‑quality reporting and governance coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to strengthen governance maturity.
