Job summary

CHEP, a Brambles company, is hiring an HSE Systems & Assurance Lead to transform HSE maturity across AMETA, including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and beyond. You’ll design and embed practical management systems that scale across multiple countries and cultures.

You’ll partner with regional and operational leaders to ensure critical controls are effective, not merely compliant, and build sustainable assurance capability. This role offers regional impact and travel within AMETA.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or transforming management systems.
• Ability to embed sustainable practices across regions.
• Ability to assess system effectiveness beyond compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and simplification of AMETA HSE Management System.
• Design regional assurance frameworks and governance processes.
• Develop assurance programs focusing on controls and system health.
• Build capability in assurance, verification and governance.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate global standards locally.
• Leverage data and trends for continuous improvement and strategy.
• Drive consistency across geographies while balancing local needs.
• Support long-term maturity of HSE systems across AMETA.
