Job summary

You will drive governance improvements, coordinate reporting cycles, and deliver clear insights to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or quality roles.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability.
• Experience coordinating governance activities and reporting cycles.
• Strong ability to identify gaps and improve processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail with focus on business outcomes.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve governance processes across AMETA HSE function.
• Coordinate regional reporting, leadership packs and governance forums.
• Analyse governance activities to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Engage stakeholders across countries to align priorities and deliverables.
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting frameworks.
• Support leadership decision making with high-quality reporting.
