CHEP, a Brambles company, is seeking an HSE Governance Coordinator to shape governance across AMETA. You'll work with senior regional leaders to strengthen frameworks, improve accountability and deliver reliable reporting that informs leadership decisions.

You will influence outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and engage multiple countries and functions in a hybrid work model within a global logistics context. CHEP values diversity and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, compliance, quality or similar.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and senior stakeholder interaction.
• Proven experience coordinating governance activities and reporting cycles.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support and improve governance processes across the AMETA HSE function to strengthen accountability and visibility.
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor commitments, actions and priorities.
• Coordinate regional reporting, leadership packs, governance forums and reviews.
• Analyze governance activities and identify efficiency improvements.
• Engage across countries and functions to align priorities and deliverables.
• Maintain governance systems, documentation and reporting frameworks.
• Support leadership decision making with high-quality reporting and insights.
• Contribute to regional continuous improvement initiatives to mature governance.
