Job summary

Brambles, via CHEP, is seeking an HSE Risk & Resilience Lead to strengthen risk governance across AMETA. You’ll shape how operational risk is understood, governed and managed across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and beyond.

You’ll partner with regional leaders to embed resilience into decision-making, build capability, and drive a culture of proactive risk ownership across diverse, global operations.

• Lead the development and maturity of regional risk and resilience frameworks.

• Support resilience planning and broader organisational preparedness initiatives.
• Drive consistency in risk management practices across multiple geographies.
• Translate complex risk information into practical insights that influence business decisions.
