SWI Fencing is seeking a hands-on HSE Advisor to support projects nationwide from our Rhodes office, three days per week. You’ll turn safety requirements into practical outcomes, manage SiteMate, and strengthen the HSE framework across construction and infrastructure projects.
The role requires a WHS/OHS qualification and about 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, with strong incident investigation skills and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Put your safety expertise where it makes a difference.
Safety is not a document sitting in a folder. It is how work is planned, how risks are controlled and how people make decisions on site.
At SWI Fencing, we deliver high-security fencing solutions across construction, infrastructure, government and critical infrastructure projects throughout Australia. We’re looking for a hands-on HSE Advisor who can work with our project teams to turn safety requirements into practical outcomes.
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced safety professional who enjoys solving problems, investigating incidents, improving systems and influencing the way work is carried out.
Working three days per week, you’ll support managers across our operations, manage our SiteMate safety system and help strengthen our HSE management framework.
We need someone who can work independently, prioritise what matters and make a real contribution within a part-time schedule.

This is a part-time, office-based position requiring attendance at our Rhodes office three days per week. You need to be willing to travel to project sites - metropolitans, regional & interstate, as required. If you’re a practical HSE professional who values meaningful work, strong systems and genuine engagement with operational teams, we’d like to hear from you.
