Jobbeschreibung

Build More Than Projects. Help Shape How They're Delivered.

Join Versatile Group, a fully integrated property developer and construction business delivering landmark residential and mixed-use developments across Sydney valued at up to $450 million.

Unlike traditional builders, we don't just construct projects, we own, develop, and deliver them.

Our integrated model provides greater visibility, stronger collaboration, and the opportunity to influence outcomes across the entire project lifecycle.

What makes us different is our ability to deliver projects through one aligned group. Alongside our development and construction businesses, we operate specialist divisions across façade, joinery, interiors, and stone & tiling, creating a seamless delivery model that leads to faster decision-making, greater accountability, and stronger project outcomes.

As our pipeline continues to grow, we're seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to help lead safety performance across some of Sydney's most significant developments.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

• Work on landmark residential and mixed-use developments valued up to $450 million.
• Deliver projects across Sydney's CBD and inner-city precincts.
• Join a builder-developer that owns, develops, and delivers its own projects.
• Influence safety outcomes across the full project lifecycle, from planning through to completion.
• Work across both internal development projects and external client projects.
• Collaborate with specialist in-house businesses across façade, joinery, interiors, and stone & tiling.
• Direct access to senior leaders and fast, informed decision-making.
• Strong pipeline of secured work and genuine long-term career opportunities.
• High-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Competitive remuneration package aligned with experience.
