Western Health in Melbourne is seeking a HRIS-focused Business Analyst to join Phase 2 of Project PeopleConnect, to support rostering, payroll, and HR systems with 3+ years of HR experience and strong integration knowledge.

You will map processes, translate business needs to functional requirements, develop test scripts, support UAT, and collaborate with leadership, vendors, and health networks to deliver the cloud rostering solution.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in core HR functions including Rostering and Payroll.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data flows.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping, drafting test scripts, supporting UAT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate system capabilities.
• Background as Business Analyst or project management in health/public sector is valued.

• Map and design efficient future-state HR and workforce management processes.
• Translate operational business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for vendors and implementation teams.
• Develop, execute, and review quality test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership, implementation partners, and external health networks to deliver the cloud-based rostering solution.
