Job summary

Western Health in Melbourne seeks a Business Analyst to shape future-state HR and workforce processes. You will bridge HR, operations, and tech vendors, translate requirements, and ensure quality through hands-on testing and stakeholder training.

With 3+ years in HR and a background in rostering or payroll systems, you will contribute to a major HRIS upgrade and cloud rostering rollout across a large workforce, in a collaborative, diverse health network setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience in core HR functions (Rostering, Payroll, HR systems).
• Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data flows.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping, drafting test scripts, supporting UAT, and training.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate system capabilities into simple language.

Responsibilities

• Map and design efficient future-state HR and workforce management processes.
• Translate operational needs into clear functional and technical requirements for vendors/teams.
• Develop, execute, and review quality test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Collaborate with project leadership, implementation partners, and external health networks to deliver cloud rostering solution.
