Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations, optimise configurations and enable clients and internal teams. You will manage projects from kickoff to go-live, ensure timelines and deliverables, and translate client needs into scalable EH setups.

You will train users, create guides, run workshops, and drive platform improvements, data accuracy, and ongoing support across multiple client projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring Employment Hero or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong project coordination with milestones, risks and stakeholder management.
• Excellent data handling, imports, validation and reconciliation.
• Ability to translate system capability into practical business improvements.
• Confident trainer with ability to run workshops and demos.
• Clear written communication for user guides and instructions.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EH implementations from kick-off to go-live.
• Configure workflows, org structure, roles and permissions.
• Migrate and validate client data, ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Roll out new EH features and optimize client configurations.
• Deliver structured training and create user guides.
• Provide internal demos and SOP contributions.
• Support sales enablement and client onboarding activities.
