The National Library of Australia is seeking a proactive Workforce Reporting and Systems Coordinator (APS 6) for 12 months in the Human Resource Section. The role focuses on HR systems administration, workforce analytics and business improvement to modernise how workforce information informs decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, strong accuracy, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to leaders across the organisation.

Competenze

• Candidates with experience in HR systems, workforce analytics and data-driven workforce planning.
• Experience applying BI tools to workforce information to support decision making.
• Understanding of payroll systems and HR data governance is desirable.
