Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Systems Specialist to coordinate internal recruitment, support onboarding, maintain HR compliance and optimise business systems across the organisation. You will work with branch teams to ensure records are up to date, train staff on HR platforms, and drive process improvements while keeping HR practices consistent across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Confident in managing HR systems, databases, and digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of employment documentation, recordkeeping, and HR compliance.
• Ability to train and support staff across multiple locations.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal recruitment activities: job ads, screening, interview scheduling, recruitment admin.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, inductions and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
• Monitor compliance documents, qualifications, licences, training records and expiry dates.
• Support HR policies, audits and general admin.
• Manage HR platforms, recruitment systems, databases and related apps.
• Assist with system access, user support and process improvements.
• Deliver training to branch teams on HR systems and processes.
