Job summary

Peoplecorp HR Recruitment Specialists is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the optimisation of Oracle HCM across recruitment, core HR, performance, and learning. The role sits in Sydney, hybrid with three days in the office and two from home, reporting to the General Manager, Systems and Organisational Development.

You will translate business needs into practical HR tech solutions, coordinate SMEs, and drive automation of processes while enhancing reporting, dashboards, and self-service

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across business partnering, OD and systems implementation.
• Experience as HR SME on at least one HR systems implementation, ideally Oracle HCM.
• Able to explain technical concepts in plain language to HR and business users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the optimisation of Oracle HCM across recruitment, core HR, performance, talent, reward and learning.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions and coordinate SMEs through testing and rollout.
• Act as HR SME on payroll systems integration and assess end-to-end screening and onboarding capabilities.
• Automate transactional processes, grow manager and employee self-service, and refine reporting and dashboards.
