Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a motivated HR Systems graduate for a 12-month internship in Sydney. You’ll support day-to-day HR systems administration and help improve HR technology platforms, gaining experience across data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management.

You will work with HR professionals to resolve system queries, handle onboarding/offboarding updates, and contribute to process improvements. A recent degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, HR or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Patient, approachable and service-oriented communication style.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, managing and resolving user support requests.
• Assist employees and managers with system queries and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate employee system access, records and data.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring relevant system updates are completed.
• Assist with system training, user guidance and maintaining documentation.
• Support reporting, data validation and regular system audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system functionality and user experience.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support HR technology initiatives.
