Job summary

People & Purpose is seeking an HR Officer to join our HR team in Sydney. This role suits someone who enjoys systems, analytics and process improvement, and who is hungry to learn and grow. You’ll work with data daily, handling HR reporting, data accuracy, onboarding and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in HR, HR operations or HR analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills, with confidence turning data into clear reporting.
• Experience with HR systems, and a track record of improving or automating processes.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance and data accuracy.
• Someone outcomes focused who can work autonomously.
• A hunger to keep learning and moving up in HR.

Responsibilities

• HR reporting, data accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in HR projects to improve and automate processes.
• Provide staff and managers with HR guidance and answer people questions.
