Job summary

SEEK in Sydney is seeking a motivated HR Systems graduate for a 12-month internship to support the day-to-day administration and ongoing improvement of our HR technology platforms. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to HR systems, employee data, reporting and business processes while developing technical and stakeholder management skills.

This role offers practical experience at the intersection of technology and human resources, with potential for extension

Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in IT/Data Analytics/Business/HR or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Patient, approachable and service-oriented communicator.
• Comfortable with technology, systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, managing and resolving user requests.
• Assist employees and managers with system queries and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate employee system access, records and data.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and system updates.
• Assist with system training, user guidance and documentation.
