Job summary

University of New South Wales (UNSW) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis within the HR IT subdomain. The role partners with business and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational improvements, reporting to the Lead BA – HR.

The role requires a tertiary qualification and extensive BA tool experience (EA, yEd) with knowledge of UML/BPMN, and includes mentoring, risk management and strong communication skills. Hybrid flexible working offered on campus in NSW.

Qualifications

• Lead role within HR tech projects and change initiatives.
• Extensive experience with analysis NOTATIONS (UML/BPMN).
• Proven ability to build executable prototypes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities
