Job summary

Thales Australia is seeking an HR Services Manager to lead a team delivering HR systems, advice and administration with a customer-first approach.

You will drive end-to-end service delivery, provide expert guidance to managers and staff, and shape HR processes, infrastructure and compliance. The role collaborates with HR, CoE, Domain HR and Finance to deliver seamless service and improve the employee experience.

• Track record of collaborating with offshore delivery teams to maintain HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR service delivery through the HR Services Team.
• Provide expert HR advice to managers, employees and HR on policies and complex matters.
• Establish and maintain HR infrastructure, standard processes and compliance frameworks.
• Manage and develop the HR team, ensure staffing, budget adherence and competency planning.
• Oversee HR Systems delivery including administration, reporting and analytics.
• Drive customer-centric improvements aligned with HR strategy and goals.
• Act as key contact for PSS service delivery to Australia with quality and SLAs.
• Collaborate across HR, CoE, Domain HR and Finance for seamless handoffs.
• Enhance employee experience via efficient HR transactional services.
• Boost user engagement and ensure training materials are effective.
