Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance.
• Experience leading HR Operations or People Operations functions.
• Demonstrated success delivering process improvement, transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Strong leadership capability and experience developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience using HRIS, reporting and workflow technologies.
• The ability to influence, collaborate and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
• A continuous improvement mindset and passion for creating better ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Services function and establish a clear vision for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve employee experiences and service delivery outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify, prioritise and deliver transformational improvements.
• Lead the optimisation, implementation and adoption of HR technology solutions.
• Expand self-service capability through improved systems, workflows, communications and knowledge resources.
• Oversee workforce reporting, analytics and governance activities to support informed decision-making.
