Job summary

DP World are seeking an experienced People Services Coordinator based in Martin Place, Sydney, to provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle and to be the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries.

You will also assist with HR initiatives and projects, including onboarding/offboarding, recruitment support, performance management, and engagement activities. This role is anchored in Sydney with a focus on collaborative delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in HR or a similar role.
• Sound understanding of HR policies, processes and systems.
• Experience in HR Operations or a Shared Services environment with recruitment exposure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, MSIC applications and renewals.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary processes and employee relations, including documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, Reward & Recognition activities and HR events.
• Support HR projects including integration of new sites and HR process implementations.
