Executive Support: Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and credit card expenses matching for the Managing Director.
Overdue Accounts & Debt Recovery Support: Coordinate formal recovery action for overdue accounts receivable, including preparing supporting documents, arranging court lodgements where authorised, and liaising with external solicitors or debt recovery agencies in consultation with the Accounting Manager.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a standalone HR Coordinator, Office Manager, or versatile HR Generalist role.
System Savvy: Strong proficiency with modern cloud platforms, specifically MYOB onboarding and team app modules.
Communication Champions: Exceptional written communication skills for managing corporate client email broadcasts and sensitive internal employee relations.
