Job summary

Australian Security Intelligence Organisation in Canberra seeks motivated AE4–AE6 HR and Learning and Development officers to support HR operations and staff development across the organisation.

Two pathways exist: HR and L&D, offering opportunities to influence policies, training design and performance management while upholding strict security and privacy standards. You will manage end-to-end administration, data management, and project delivery with a collaborative, detail-focused mindset.

• Maintain HR/L&D databases, tracking tools and records.
• Support HR projects and streamline administrative workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and HR legislation.
