Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality advice and coordination across WHS, L&D, and workforce planning functions.
• Experience supporting workforce development and RAP implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WHS case management and advise on complex matters; support policy review and wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead delivery and improvement of the organisation's learning and development function, including budget and vendor management.
• Coordinate implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and build staff engagement.
