Peninsula is seeking an HR/ER Advisor to work from home with fixed shift patterns (AEDT). You will deliver high-quality ER advice over phone and email to thousands of businesses across ANZ, helping them navigate Australian employment law with confidence.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar HR/ER capacity, strong knowledge of NES and Modern Awards, and a customer‑focused approach. Join a global brand with local impact and a comprehensive benefits program.

• Strong understanding of NES & interpretation of Modern Awards.

• Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislative compliance.

In this rewarding role, you'll be at the forefront of assisting our clients by providing astute ER advice and helping them navigate the complexities of Australian employment law.

Small businesses never stop, and we’ve built our service to ensure we’re always there to assist. The positions have permanent fixed rosters as below, all times in AEDT.

Position 1:

Monday to Friday: 7am - 3.30pm

Position 2:

Wednesday to Friday: 11am - 7.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6am to 2.30pm

Position 3:

Thursday to Monday: 9.30pm to 6am

Position 4:

Monday to Friday: 1pm to 9pm

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented HR/ER advice, over the phone and via email.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of experiencein a similar role, which could include: Employment, HR or Workplace Relations Advisors and HR Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of NES & the interpretation of Modern Awards.
• A focus on exceptional levels of customer service, to guide our clients through complex workplace relations matters.
