Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HR/ER or related role.
• Strong understanding of NES & interpretation of Modern Awards.
• A focus on exceptional levels of customer service in workplace relations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented HR/ER advice over the phone and via email.
• Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislative compliance.
• Stay current on Australian ER legislation, trends and best practice through ongoing training and resources.
