Ampol Limited is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support leaders with ER case management and guidance across the business from its Alexandria, NSW office with hybrid working arrangements.
You will interpret policies, awards and legislation, coach leaders through ER processes, manage investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations, and help maintain compliant, fair outcomes while mitigating risk.

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting leaders across the business with employee relations case management and advice. Working closely with stakeholders, you will provide practical, compliant and technically sound guidance across a wide range of ER matters including performance management, investigations, disciplinary action and terminations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help leaders navigate complex people issues, interpret industrial instruments and employment legislation, and manage risk while achieving fair, consistent and timely outcomes. This role offers exposure to a diverse and dynamic ER portfolio and the opportunity to contribute to strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
This is a 15-month, max-term contract until January 2028 that is based in our Alexandria NSW office with hybrid working arrangements.
