In this unique consultative role, you will partner directly with our senior Business Development Managers as a dedicated technical expert. When prospective clients face complex workforce challenges, you will step in to diagnose their compliance risks, deliver immediate, practical HR guidance, and demonstrate the strategic value of our professional advisory services.
You will be someone who can think quickly, ask deep questions and provide guidance where required.

- Working collaboratively in a high‑energy, in‑office team environment to hit collective growth targets.
- A minimum of 2+ years of generalist experience with a thorough, practical understanding of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards (NES).
- You know how to use your HR expertise to influence, build rapport, and demonstrate commercial value.
- Exceptional verbal skills with the ability to simplify complex legislation into actionable, practical advice.
- Someone who thrives under pressure, thinks quickly, and loves solving problems in real-time.
