Job summary

Linfox in Erskine Park, NSW, is hiring a casual HR driver to join our logistics team. The role operates Monday–Friday, day shift starting at 5am, with a path to permanent employment and a strong safety culture.

You will hold a valid HR licence with load restraint experience, drive temperature-controlled freight across metro and select regional routes, and uphold Chain of Responsibility and road transport regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted HR licence with load restraint experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience driving HR vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney metro and surrounding areas.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• A history of safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and professionally at all times in line with Linfox Safety Standards and our Vision Zero commitment
• Conduct vehicle checks, manage load restraint, and perform general HR vehicle operations in accordance with company procedures
• Deliver temperature-controlled (ambient and chilled) freight across metro and select regional locations
• Ensure full compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and relevant road transport legislation
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Linfox professionally on every delivery
