Job summary

Linfox Resources and Industrial is recruiting an experienced HR Driver for Sydney metro deliveries. This casual day shift role starts early (between 4 and 5 AM) with overtime opportunities and multi-drop routes to deliver paint and industrial products.

You will uphold Linfox safety standards, perform pre-start inspections, load restraint, and complete delivery documentation while delivering excellent customer service across multiple sites, including Marsden Park, NSW.

Qualifications

• Current and valid HR Licence required.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries in urban metro areas preferred.
• Ability to operate EPJs, tailgates, and load restraint equipment.
• Willingness to work across different Linfox sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-drop deliveries within the Sydney Metro area.
• Ensure freight is securely loaded and restrained according to standards.
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Complete all delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional conduct at delivery points.

What does the job look like?

Due to internal promotion, we're currently seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our Sydney operations. This is a casual day shift role, with consistent hours starting between 4 and 5AM, and regular overtime available. You’ll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of paint and industrial products across the Sydney Metro area, ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and with a customer-first mindset. The role is primarily based at Marsden Park, NSW, but may require flexibility to operate from other Linfox sites as needed. Key areas:

• Driving to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Ensure all freight is securely loaded and restrained in accordance regulatory standards
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any mechanical or safety issues
• Adhere to all road safety regulations, compliance and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at every delivery point
• Complete all required delivery documentation accurately.
