Job summary

Linfox Resources and Industrial is seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our Sydney operations on a casual day shift. You will handle multi-drop deliveries of paint and industrial products across the Sydney Metro area, starting early between 4 and 5 AM, with regular overtime opportunities.

Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, loading and securing freight, performing pre-start vehicle inspections, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory

Qualifications

• HR Licence is required and current.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries in Sydney metro is required.
• Ability to operate EPJs, tailgates, and use load restraint equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and in compliance with Linfox Safety Standards and Vision Zero.
• Ensure freight is loaded and restrained per regulatory standards.
• Perform daily pre-start vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Adhere to road safety regulations, compliance and company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional demeanor at delivery points.
• Complete all delivery documentation accurately.

What does the job look like?

Due to internal promotion, we're currently seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our Sydney operations. This is a casual day shift role, with consistent hours starting between 4 and 5AM, and regular overtime available. You’ll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of paint and industrial products across the Sydney Metro area, ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and with a customer-first mindset. The role is primarily based at Marsden Park, NSW, but may require flexibility to operate from other Linfox sites as needed. Key areas:

• Driving to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
  
• Ensure all freight is securely loaded and restrained in accordance regulatory standards
  
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any mechanical or safety issues
  
• Adhere to all road safety regulations, compliance and company policies
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at every delivery point
  
• Complete all required delivery documentation accurately.
