LINFOX Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks an experienced HR Driver for a casual day shift focused on multi-drop deliveries of paint and industrial products. The role is based primarily at Marsden Park, NSW, with flexibility to operate from other sites, and starts early with overtime opportunities available.

Required is a current HR Licence, proven multi-drop delivery experience, and the ability to operate EPJs and load restraints.

What does the job look like?

Due to internal promotion, we're currently seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our Sydney operations. This is a casual day shift role, with consistent hours starting between 4 and 5AM, and regular overtime available. You’ll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of paint and industrial products across the Sydney Metro area, ensuring goods are delivered safely, on time, and with a customer-first mindset. The role is primarily based at Marsden Park, NSW, but may require flexibility to operate from other Linfox sites as needed. Key areas:

• Driving to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
  
• Ensure all freight is securely loaded and restrained in accordance regulatory standards
  
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any mechanical or safety issues
  
• Adhere to all road safety regulations, compliance and company policies
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at every delivery point
  
• Complete all required delivery documentation accurately.
