University of Sydney is seeking a senior leader to drive HR data governance, data quality and workforce management integration initiatives. You will champion enterprise-wide workforce planning and enable data-driven HR decision-making across the University.

Lead the development of governance frameworks, data standards and ownership models across HR systems, partnering with senior stakeholders to embed sustainable data practices and ensure successful transformation initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience leading HR data governance initiatives and data ownership projects.
• Proven ability to drive data quality uplift across workforce systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of HR data governance and data management practices.
• Partner with HR, ICT and enterprise stakeholders to align data standards and ownership.
• Oversee data profiling, cleansing, validation and remediation activities.
• Embed governance routines, quality controls and accountability frameworks.
• Represent HR data priorities across enterprise programs and governance forums.
