Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for a senior role leading the Workforce Management transformation. • Demonstrated experience leading workforce management initiatives and enterprise transformation.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance and compliance.
• Experience partnering with HR, digital and ICT stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the workforce management product vision, target state roadmap and governance framework.
• Own end-to-end design of workforce management capabilities across planning, workload allocation, scheduling, time and attendance, compliance and reporting.
• Design and evolve the target operating model with governance, processes and service delivery arrangements.
• Provide leadership across workforce management design activities with HR, academic, digital and ICT partners.
• Drive alignment between workforce management and payroll, timetabling, curriculum, finance and strategic workforce planning.
• Support procurement, solution evaluation, implementation and benefits realisation to maintain design integrity.
