Qualifikationen

• Post graduate qualifications in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience with a large, entity-wide HRIS dealing with extraction, analysis, and maintenance of data.
• Experience managing or participating in HR system implementations, upgrades, or system projects.
• Previous experience working in a shared service environment (HR or operational).
• Experience delivering training to support the implementation or alteration to HRIS systems or processes.
• Previous experience working in a Higher Education environment or large organisations.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support to the HR group and university managers and staff in the use of the HRIS, ensuring HR policies are followed.
• Design tools and materials to support HR staff and end users to utilise HR systems, including training to increase self-service use.
• Ensure approval flows and automated system notifications align with HR policy and delegations of authority.
• Coordinate and organise user acceptance testing, roll out patches, fixes and updates to minimise disruptions.
• Communicate system improvements, updates and outages across the University.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis with the analytics team to ensure data accuracy and system optimisation.
