Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide essential administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and payroll-related tasks while working with a supportive HR team.

This role offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and a chance to develop practical HR experience within an international environment. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing HR with a related qualification.
• Experience in admin or reception is beneficial but not essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and proactive.
• Team player with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and maintain confidential employee records.
• Support recruitment activities, including job advertisements, interview coordination, onboarding and inductions.
• Assist with employee changes, transfers, promotions and payroll-related administration.
• Maintain HR data in systems, assist with reporting and process improvements.
• Coordinate employee training and respond to routine HR enquiries.
