Responsibilities

• Provide day to day administrative support to the Service Manager and Supervisors.
• Assist with timesheet entry, travel bookings, and workflow coordination for service delivery.
• Process purchase orders, receipt of supplier invoices, and cost tracking.
• Participate in reception roster and greet visitors professionally.
• Manage uniforms, office supplies and consumables to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain contractor records and assist onboarding and inductions.
• Handle document control, filing and mail distribution; support the admin team.
