Job summary

You will coordinate HR activities, recruitment, onboarding and employee records while ensuring compliance with policies and employment law. This position supports a culture of safety, engagement and strong colleague relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business or Hospitality Management is advantageous.
• Strong time management with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR activities across the hotel to support business goals and values.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain talent.
• Supervise employee records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
• Deliver and promote HR programs, tools and employer branding initiatives.
