Job summary

Westwire Comms Pty Ltd in Campbellfield VIC is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the broader employee lifecycle. You will use data and systems to identify trends and improve how we work while providing HR guidance on policies and employment matters.

Responsibilities include postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, onboarding to offboarding, apprentice reviews, and data centralisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination or office administration.
• Familiarity with the electrical industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with office software; Simpro knowledge is a plus.
• Full-time or part-time with minimum 20 hours in-office (Mon-Fri).
• 7:30am–3:30pm working hours; free parking onsite.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviews and completing reference checks

Manage across employee lifecycle from onboarding and offboarding staff

Manage apprentice and A-grade reviews

Use data, systems and technology to help identify trends and improve the way we work

Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures and employment-related matters

Support management and office team

Centralise all data for the business and handle ad hoc duties as required

About you

Previous experience in HR coordination or office administration

Familiarity with the electrical industry and related processes

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using office software and tools

Knowledge of Simpro software is an advantage

Full time or part time with minimum 20 hours in office position - Monday to Friday

7:30am to 3:30pm working hours
