Job summary

LGT Wealth Management is seeking an HR Coordinator to deliver hands-on coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with HR Business Partners, people managers and staff to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and learning initiatives.

Based in Melbourne with support for Sydney offices, the role provides exposure to HR projects in a fast-paced, distributed workforce while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 18 months+ experience in an HR role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and WHS procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with advanced Excel/data skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to changes and development.
• Support recruitment activities to create a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Prepare accurate employment documentation and maintain employee records in HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Coordinate induction sessions for staff across Melbourne and Sydney offices.
• Assist with learning initiatives, reporting, and WHS activities; respond to daily HR queries.
