Job summary

Qualifications

• University qualification in Business, Commerce, HR or related discipline.
• 18+ months’ experience in an HR role preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to use data, systems and AI tools ethically.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to changes.
• Support recruitment activities to create a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare employment documentation and maintain records.
• Coordinate induction sessions for Melbourne and Sydney offices.
• Assist with learning initiatives and safety activities.
• Respond to HR queries and support process improvements with data.
