Carinity is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who works closely with leaders to address workforce challenges, balance day-to-day HR matters with workforce planning, and drive organisational change across education, disability, community, youth and aged care services.

The role supports leaders across diverse sites, delivering practical advice, case management and strategy while promoting a balanced, compliant workplace culture.

Formación

• Experience as an HR generalist with employment relations knowledge.
• Strong judgement and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience across multi-site or geographically dispersed services.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders on workforce priorities and local people challenges.
• Provide practical advice on performance, conduct and wellbeing.
• Coordinate employee relations case work and investigations.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations and documentation.
• Interpret awards, agreements and employment legislation.
• Use workforce data to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Contribute to workforce planning and service improvement initiatives.
• Improve HR tools and self-service resources; support onsite visits.
